Unlike any other freelancing website, the story of CyberTaskers started with a work from home Mum trying to juggle family and business. The struggle to keep up and unable to juggle both brought about a need for extra set of hands to help with the professional side of life. This need got her looking at outsourcing her tasks related to her business. Looking for freelancers and working with a few freelancers had been the reason for the start of Cybertaskers. The experiences she has been through – the experience of stress-free completion of tasks, meeting deadlines along with the added advantage of the extra time at hand to be both a Mum and an Entrepreneur brought her a massive success. The desire to share this experience with other work from home Mums and business Entrepreneurs and the response she received from what she tried and tested as a trial between friends, colleagues and loved ones along with the encouragement she received in bringing her new venture to life by creating CyberTaskers is exactly where this platform hailed from.

Upgrades are predefined factors that can be added to a selected package on checkout.
Extras are unique upgrades that you cannot be included in your package, and that you would like to offer to your buyers.
You can price your packages anywhere starting from $5, all the way up to $995.
Another way to understand how packages are being priced is to take a sneak-peek around your category and see how other Sellers are pricing their packages similar to yours.
Once you log into your account and want to create your Task/ Service that you are about to offer, simply follow the steps in creating your Task and it should take you to through creating packages as well as adding extras.
You will need add details according to each package while creating your task.
When deciding what to put in each package, think about the most-popular or most-requested extras from buyers, or the elements that you think are necessary to make your Task / Service work the best. Then, create the package you think will best meet a Buyer’s needs and set the description, pricing, and delivery details.
· You can use packages as a new structure for selling tasks / services. Packages allow you to set different prices and offer different ways to complete a task with built-in revisions and extras to create an offer that gives Buyers exactly what they want. Packages make buying and selling on our platform easier:
· Using packages Sellers have the freedom to position their services exactly how they want to, cost effectively.
· Creating packages makes it very convenient for Buyers to order exactly what they need in just one click.
· By using or creating packages, Buyers and sellers can easily clarify on what’s included in the order from the start, so there’s no reason for lots of back and forth communication about what the Task includes. It simply avoids a lot of confusions as well.
Yes, you can certainly accept a tip if it is offered by the Buyer. We do not encourage / recommend asking the Buyer for a tip. Do your best to impress your Buyer with the service you offer and ultimately, it's up to the buyer whether to leave a tip or not.
Orders cannot be partially cancelled or refunded. Once an order is created and there is a need to partially cancel / refund your Buyer, we recommend that you ask your Buyer to place a new order. Once that new order is created and then marked as complete, you can cancel the original order.
Uploading files can sometimes fail for various reasons. Sometimes a Task image / photo simply does not upload. To find a solution to this issue, you can communicate with the Seller. The Seller will be more than happy to assist and guide you as far as they can. You should also make sure you check the following…
· Make sure your Flash is up to date on your computer. Flash normally updates automatically for most modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, etc unless they are older versions as in Internet Explorer, they might have limitations.
· Disable pop up blockers for Cybertaskers.com or allow uploads / downloads through your Firewall / Anti-Virus protector from Cybertaskers.com.
· Make sure your image is a JPEG or PNG.
· Clear your cookies for Cybertaskers.com - sometimes cookies can hold on to a session where your browser thinks it's still loading an image file. Refreshing your page helps clear the session, but in most cases, clearing your cookies helps.
· If you need further help with how to clear cookies / cache google can be your best help.
The only way for Sellers to contact a Buyer is if an order has been initiated, or a potential Buyer has started a conversation by messaging you.
If the Buyer is someone you previously completed an order for, you can access the My Contacts section find the Buyer and contact her / him. My Contacts list enables you to keep in touch with the Buyers users you have interacted with in the past. Your contact lists display the interactions you had with the contact; the number of completed tasks, the amount spent, when the last task was made. You will also find the conversation you had with the Buyer in the past.
Cybertaskers takes no responsibility for tax payments for any income earned by Sellers. It is the sole responsibility for Sellers to verify their personal tax obligation, report, and pay taxes according to the laws of the state and / or country of residence, as required by law and regulations.
To claim your unclaimed withdrawal, in your PayPal account, you must verify the email address you sent the withdrawal to with PayPal. Once a withdrawal is initiated, it will not be reversed as stated.
It’s not enough to just say we care about our Sellers. So we did something to prove it. We revised our agreement with PayPal and from now on you will enjoy 0% withdrawal fee on your PayPal withdrawals.
Unfortunately cancelling withdrawals is not possible and are final. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has begun as it gets very messy and time-consuming hence we cannot change this.
Your Cybertaskers profile can be associated with only one account from each Cybertasker withdrawal providers. A withdrawal provider account can be associated with only one profile within Cybertaskers.
You can use only once PayPal account for each Cybertaskers account. You cannot use the same PayPal account for two accounts.
There are no fees for withdrawing through PayPal.
Fees are charged by MasterCard. Cybertaskers does not charge any fees.
Withdrawing by Bank Transfer or Direct deposit does incur fees.
You can only withdraw once per 24 hours.
As mentioned earlier, you can withdraw money 14 days after the order is marked as completed.
There is a $1,000 maximum per transaction.
Yes, you can surely purchase Tasks with the payments you have earned from the tasks / services you have done. If the order you want to purchase is more and you do not have sufficient balance to pay for the full purchase, you cannot split the purchase between your balance and one of Cybertaskers payment providers such as credit card, PayPal, etc.
You can purchase a task / service with your balance you have, if the task is within the total amount you have in your balance.
Buyers pay Cybertaskers for orders in advance. Once the order is created and started, Sellers must fulfill their orders as described in their Task / Service description and must deliver completed files and / or proof of work using the Deliver Your Order button located on the Order page.
Once the task is delivered, the Buyer has three days to respond and post a review or 14 days for Task with shipping. If no response is provided within the response time, the order will be considered completed. After the order is marked as complete, the Buyers have to wait 14 days to withdraw your payments.
We do reach out to the Cybertaskers community, from time to time. If you receive a message from an official Cybertaskers Team member, it will have a button labeled "Cybertasker Team" next to the username.
Although we hate to see you leave us, but if you insist / decided to leave, we respect your decision and would like to thank you for choosing Cybertaskers for all the time you have been with us.
To close / delete your account, login to your account go to your account setting, scroll right to the very bottom and hit the Deactivate button.
You can change your password by getting to your Security settings.
In the “Change Password” section, enter your current password and in the next tab enter your new password and click save changes.
If you do not remember / forgot your current password, simply click on Forgot password and follow the instructions to reset it. You will be asked to enter the email used to create your account. A password reset email will be sent to provided email address if the email matches the account.
Below are some of the most frequently asked questions for Buyers.
A processing fee is added in situations where you are required to use other payment methods instead of your Cybertaskers balance. Since this will create another transaction, the tip is subject to the processing as well as administration fee.
The tip will clear at the same time as the order. Please note if an order is cancelled, the tip given to the Seller will also be cancelled. In case if a Buyer requests a refund for the order, you can also request to refund the tip can also be to the will be
The minimum amount is $5.
For orders below $25, the tip can be up to $25.
For orders above $25, the tip can be lesser or up to 100% of the price of the order itself.
Please note the above details are in place as a guide to set some limitations to prevent any fraudulent activities.
Once the Buyer clicks Tip Now, if the Buyer has a balance amount in his / her Buyer’s balance, the tip amount will be deducted from the balance. If there is no money left in the balance, the Buyer will be redirected to the payment page.
Yes, you surely can as a token of thanks! Once your order is completed and you are happy with the Seller’s task / service you can express your token of thanks in the form of a tip and leave the Seller a positive review. the buyer will have the option to leave a tip for the seller. The tip option will stay open for seven days after the order is complete.
Tips can be left monetarily, leaving a positive review for the Seller and by also sharing the Seller’s profile within your network.
We will surely refund the amount of your purchase to your balance but excluding the processing fees. As mentioned in our website all our processing fees goes to Act of Sharing charity organization and this is done instantly. In certain circumstances we do oblige to whatever we can to refund the processing fees as well but it happens on a case by case basis.
A very humble request from us at Cybertaskers, while requesting the processing fees back kindly consider the good cause we use the processing fees for.

Prior to cancelling your order, we highly recommend you work things out with the Seller to try and come up with a compromised solution to settle conflicts between both parties. If things are not settling in well feel free to contact our customer support team. Please have a read through our Dispute Resolution policy found in our Knowledge Bank page.
At times, due to the pre-screening transactions from your bank for the release of funds or due to unforeseen technical issues with the payment processing system; although you purchase and check out your cart with payments, an order might not be created immediately and may take a bit of time to be created and show up.

Customer Support can attempt to restore the order with the payment provided and refund those payments back to the payment provider if we are unable to do so.
You can surely withdraw funds from your Seller account, if and have earned income through CyberTaskers. We deposit the income you earned to your sales balance and will be available for withdrawal after our clearance term.
Although you are a Seller, if you made a purchase as a Buyer from another Seller and received a refund, it will appear in your balance for use on another purchase.
Although the above applies as is, please note as a Seller; if an order you received has been cancelled and you are due a refund, the amount of the original order along with the service fee will be placed in your balance.
Your Balance is the funds you have available in your account which are of different kind that show up in your Balance.
Earnings are any funds you earned from completing tasks for your Sellers.
Reimbursements means funds you would have received for any canceled orders as a credit back to your account.
Your Credits are the funds you were rewarded by CyberTaskers, such as through the CyberTaskers Referral program. You can use CyberTaskers Credits only on CyberTaskers to buy services. Unlike your Balance, your credits do not have an expiration date and are usable at any time you need to buy a service. Funds in your credits are not withdrawable.
When available, your Credits will be charged first when placing a new order.
Payments may be declined for a few reasons. If your payment was declined, please check to make sure the details you entered for the payment are correct like your credit/debit card is valid, and not expired and do don’t forget to check if you have sufficient funds available.
If all the above are correct the best option is to check with your bank or PayPal.
Using another method of payment such as another PayPal account or paying by credit card will be another option.
If after trying all the above, you still have issues completing your order, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
If you interested in working with a particular Buyer and notice that he / she is away for a while you can check the Buyer’s profile to see until which date the Seller is Away, you can contact the Seller by sending them a message.
At times Sellers do not leave an option to be contacted when they are away, in this instance the message will only be waiting in the Sellers inbox until they return and see it.
Buyers pay CyberTaskers for orders in advance. You can pay only using our order page and do not need to pay the Sellers directly using any method. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please notify us it immediately.
Please note - If you have paid by any other method out of CyberTaskers order and payment page, unfortunately Cybertaskers will not be able to help you with disputes with the relevant order.
Yes, CyberTaskers team do reach out to our Buyers from time to time. We do so by emailing or messaging you on the details provided by you at the time of registration.
You can change the notifications you receive from us, from the Menu section, and going adjusting your Notifications in your "Settings," option.
Buyers can purchase a Task / Service via your credit card. We are in the process of getting other payment options on board and will update as soon as they are available.
To order a task / service, simply go to a Seller’s profile and browse through his / her tasks / services. Pick the task you are interested in, in the Seller’s Task page and click the Continue button and, if available, select the package you wish to buy. Have a look at the Order Details page, you will be able to add extras to your purchase if the Seller offers extras, select the number of units of the Task / Service.
We highly recommend you contact the Sellers prior to ordering a Task / Service with any questions you might have about the Task, you can contact the seller by simply following the link provided on the Task page.
